We loved the spacious room, beautiful view, and delicious buffet dinner. The hotel has great amenities like a shop, onsen, and shuttlebus. The private bath was a highlight, and the staff, especially Sattoo san, were very helpful and friendly. The location in the mountains, with a snow garden nearby, was perfect for a morning walk. We also appreciated the convenience of having Yamamoto desk at the hotel for sending our skis home.

our stay at yuzawa was amazing, but our recent escape to the naspa resort was even better. the rooms were clean and spacious, wifi was reliable for video calls, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. the friendly staff, especially mr. jung, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us book a great ski instructor. his recommendations for dinner were also spot on. overall, a fantastic experience.

our stay at naspa new otani was absolutely amazing! from the friendly and helpful staff to the spacious and well-maintained rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. the location right in front of the ski resort was perfect for our family ski vacation. we also loved the relaxing onsen and the delicious buffet dinner.

We had a fantastic family trip at a well-equipped hotel which was conveniently close to Echigo-Yuzawa station. The hotel's staff were polite and accommodating, and the onsen/spa was luxurious. We especially enjoyed the private onsen, which was Western-style. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The skiing was limited and only suitable for beginners. However, we found many other ski areas nearby to choose from which compensated for it.

Our stay at Naspa was absolutely fantastic! The location was convenient, only 80 minutes away from Tokyo, and the shuttle bus was right outside the station. We booked a mixed modern + Japanese room which was perfect for our family, especially our 4-year-old who loved the tatami area. The food options were abundant, with both Western and Japanese choices within the hotel. The buffet dinner was impressive, but we also took the concierge's recommendation to try a local restaurant in town and it was a great decision. The staff, particularly Teppei-san from the concierge desk, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From communicating with us in English prior to our arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process, to arranging an English-speaking ski instructor for us on short notice, Teppei-san was extremely helpful. He even made a dedicated trip to the train station to secure seat reservations for our journey back to Tokyo. The service was exceptional! Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, I highly recommend this hotel for a great family ski holiday. our trip to Naspa was wonderful and we can't wait to return!

We stayed at Naspa New Otani for our last skiing trip of the season and were extremely pleased with the spacious and spotless clean room. The beds, pillows, and comforters were super comfortable, and the shower was amazing with a real overhead feature. The Wifi worked without any issues, and the breakfast had a wide range of choices. We also loved the hotel's mascot Pingu, who could be seen everywhere and even purchased a Pingu stuffed animal as a souvenir.

Can recommend this hotel for all skiing trips in the area.
