The location was perfect for exploring the ski area, with restaurants and three other mountains nearby. the hotel is conveniently situated right next to Mount Akiba. - Our room had a nice big window that offered a great view. - the staff offered excellent service and were very helpful with all our questions.

We loved the spacious room, beautiful view, and delicious buffet dinner. The hotel has great amenities like a shop, onsen, and shuttlebus. The private bath was a highlight, and the staff, especially Sattoo san, were very helpful and friendly. The location in the mountains, with a snow garden nearby, was perfect for a morning walk. We also appreciated the convenience of having Yamamoto desk at the hotel for sending our skis home.

our stay at yuzawa was amazing, but our recent escape to the naspa resort was even better. the rooms were clean and spacious, wifi was reliable for video calls, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. the friendly staff, especially mr. jung, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us book a great ski instructor. his recommendations for dinner were also spot on. overall, a fantastic experience.
